Scope and Contents

This collection consists of meeting minutes for the Senate of the Associated Students of the University of Southern California (abbreviated as either ASUSC or ASSC). The ASSC was created with the purpose to "organize and direct the affairs of the students of the University, and through its officers to represent the students in all relations with the Administration, Faculty, and Community."
