George Ligar USC alumnus papers
Scope and Contents
This collection consists of a scrapbook, publications, drafting papers, blueprints, sketches, and design files of architect and USC graduate George Ligar (1918-1995). The scrapbook contains photographs and memorabilia from Ligar’s life, including his infancy in Russia and his education at USC. Design files for furniture and sculpture projects are represented in the collection. Also present is a card from, and clippings about, Maria Rasputin (Marii︠a︡ Grigorʹevna Rasputina), daughter of Grigori Rasputin and family friend of the Ligars.
