Frank Burrill papers
Scope and Contents
Frank Burrill was an alumnus of the University of Southern California (class of 1929) who documented his life and and the times he lived in in a two-volume manuscript titled "The Ups and Downs of an Immigrant Lad's Life". The manuscript was self-published in 1992 and a copy of it given to the University of Southern California. According to the donation letter in 1993, another copy was given to the Oakhurst Branch Library in Madera County, where Burrill and his wife Dorothy moved in the 1970s.
