Biographical / Historical

Madeleine Stoner was a social worker who specialized in homelessness. She published two books on homelessness, worked as a consultant to government and community groups, and was a member of various Los Angeles area task forces and commissions on homelessness. She taught in the USC School of Social Work for close to 30 years, beginning in 1980.
