Burning Man collection
Content Description
The Burning Man collection consists of approximately 75 pieces of ephemera, original art work, site newspapers, event maps and directories, press and media materials, photographs from the Burning Man festival, circa 1998-2015. The collection was created by a nearly 20-year attendee of the festival, and includes event handouts, 17 different issues of site published newspapers (including "Piss Clear" and the "Black Rock Gazette"), event and site maps, a press kit, photographs, ticket stubs, and a 2002 site census form.

Abstract
The Burning Man collection consists of approximately 75 pieces of ephemera, original art work, site newspapers, event maps and directories, press and media materials, and photographs from the Burning Man festival, circa 1998-2015. The Burning Man festival is an annual event held at Black Rock City, Nevada, a temporary city erected in the Black Rock Desert in northwest Nevada, approximately 100 miles froom Reno, and is described as "an experiment in community and art" [Wikipedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burning_Man].
