A few thousand negatives created by professional photographers in the Los Angeles area, seemingly for the Los Angeles City News Service. The negatives depict a wide variety of news worthy topics (including freeway traffic, ribbon cuttings, community events at parks, schools and churches, animals, the Hollywood Bowl, carnivals, etc.).
