Scope and Content
The material in this series documents Professor Alderman's research for her book "We Build a School of Music." Also included are some files of Ellis Kohs, composer and School of Music professor, who led the committee that completed the project after Alderman's death. The series also includes some of Professor Alderman's personal correspondence, and historic photographs and photo albums of USC presumably gathered for the book.
