Scope and Content

The California Department of Transportation, also known by the acronym Caltrans, dealt specifically with the I-105 project and its related issues. Caltrans was responsible for awarding the I-105 contracts. The department served as the ultimate employer of contractors working on the freeway. Within this series are agendas, progress reports, studies, brochures, memorandums, newsletter, plans, and research complied or produced by Caltrans.
