Contains memorandum, correspondence, and invoices pertaining to a join Portugeuse-American project for corporations to address communications, computer literacy, data, and financial issues in Cape Verde and Portuguese-speaking African countries. The project managers were the Cape Verde Computer Institute and the Angolan Computer Center. Much of the correspondence also addresses support from the UNIPAQ (Unipac) Computers.

The goal of this joint-project was to estalish a computer manufacturing plant and develop software services to increase technological training and computer literacy, provide subsidized/low-cost computers, introduce new banking procedure in Cape Verde to facilitate the development of the computer company, and encourage future business/banking cooperation among Portuguese-speaking African countries.
