This very large series encompasses the bulk of Arbib's papers, which were organized (sometimes loosely) by topic and/or name of scientist or author. The boxes are physically arranged much as Arbib's original boxes were, and if there were additional headings or labels on the boxes they were placed into sub-series. For the ease of searching, the file names are listed alphabetically in the finding aid. There is much overlap and repetition of topics and authors within the entire series. Many of the subjects also have files within other series and sub-series.
