George Hurrell, Inc. booklet with 20 certificates, 18 of which are blank. Certificate #6 is missing but was issued as 25 shares to Phyllis B. Hurrell on November 16, 1946. Stock Certificate issued to Phyllis B. Hurrell for 42 1/2 shares was issued November 16, 1946 and showing address as 22 East 62nd St., NYC. Stock Certificate #5 has been returned to the booklet and is signed by George E. Hurrell and Phyllis B. Hurrell. On the back are several stock transfer stamps and the notation that 17 1/2 shares are assigned and transferred to George Hurrell, Inc on November 16, 1946, signed Phyllis B. Hurrell.
