Letter to Mrs. Ruth W. Wagner, wife of former Sgt. Victor Wagner of Company A Signal Corps, National Guard of California, describing his recollections of "Vic", the activities of the Company from 1913 to 1917, and his life since then. Accompanied by two 6 x 8" photographs of the company at Gigling [Fort Ord] (1915) and Nogales, Arizona (1916).
