Scope and Contents
The reparations movement believes that the descendants of enslaved persons as a result of the Atlantic Slave Trade should receive not only payments as compensation but increased government recognition of slavery and it's liable parties. This series details different variations of the movement, news coverage, court files, the history of the Atlantic Slave Trade, and government petitions.
