Included are incident report logs; materials discussing the Department's budget for Fiscal Year 1993-1994; annual reports issued between 1984 and 1990; a strategic plan produced by the Department in 1989; arrest data compiled between April 29 and May 5, 1992; and a presentation delivered to the City Council in 1991 about replacing the Department's Emergency Command Control Communications System (ECCCS).
