Scope and Content
To better understand how LAPD management reacts to problem officers, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom examined the Department's procedures regarding the identification, documentation, and response to personnel complaints. The series includes memoranda and correspondence; attorney notes; materials related to the firm's administrative capacities, including staff rosters and work plans; flow charts that illustrate the LAPD's structure and organization; and draft copies of the firm's contributions to the Commission report.
