The scrapbook, compiled by Leo Jacobsohn, includes a wide range of ephemera relating to the 8th and 9th War Loan campaigns in March and September of 1918 (respectively). Some of the materials are personal, from Jacobsohn's correspondence or own work, and others are posters, flyers, and pamphlets distributed to the population at large.
