Letter No.15, 1953 April 8

 File — Box: 1, Folder: 7

Scope and Contents

Veramay started the letter by updating Wright of all of the couples who were expecting children. She told Wright that she believed they were going through a political war and that it was just an excuse for Wall Street to keep prices up. She informed him that everyone back home had recovered from the flu. Veramay wrote about her responsibilities at work and how she was always kept very busy. She apologized for being unable to write as much and apologizes on behalf of her parents for not writing to him. She told him that although she would like to go on the trip, she believes that he should go with his mother and take her instead. She ended the letter by saying telling Wright that she loves him and will be there waiting for him when he returns.
