Scope and Content

The Correspondence series is arranged alphabetically by author. A number of letters are from leading women's rights advocates such as Alice Paul, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Martha C. Callanan, and editor of the Woman's Standard, Sarah Whitney. There are also a number of letters from the Iowa Equal Suffrage Association.
