Richard Nixon's presidency international trips subseries contains correspondence, press releases, clippings, reports, schedules, telegrams, photographs, slides, audiocassettes, and motion pictures, 1968-1973, created and collected by Herbert G. Klein for use during international visits made by Klein, Nixon, Robert H. Finch, Henry Kissinger and Patricia Nixon. Included are photographs and ephemera from Nixon's trips to Europe (1969); ephemera, schedules and film from Nixon's trip to Mexico (1970); notes, photographs, and recordings from Klein's trip to Vietnam and Cambodia (1970); press releases, schedules, clippings, reports, telegrams, briefing materials, and photographs from Klein's and Robert H. Finch's trip to Latin American (1971); photographs from Pat Nixon's trip to Africa (1972); photographs from Nixon's visit to China (1972); tourist information, press pool reports, daily press releases, schedules, government reports, press reactions, requests for information, Klein's briefing book, and photographs from Nixon's trip to the Soviet Union, Austria, Iran and Poland (1972); and clippings, press releases, notes, schedules, correspondence, ephemera, news summaries, photographs, recordings, and film from Klein's and Henry Kissinger's trip to Vietnam and China, and Hong Kong and Bangkok (1973).
