Scope and Content

The Administrative Records Series consists of correspondence, minutes, financial records, press releases, membership materials, newsletters, and fliers. The series also includes a limited number of committee records and internal documents such as proposed structural changes and office memorandums.

The Finance/Fundraising Committee folders contain a variety of materials including benefit fliers, check registers, grant applications, ledger, treasurer's reports, and trust information. The Statements folder includes proposals and responses submitted to the membership concerning a variety of issues.
