Scope and Content of Collection

From the Collection:

The collection consists of the papers of Jac McAnelly for the period circa 1920-1985. The correspondence dates from 1980-1985. The color and black & white photographs include family photographs, circa 1920-1950, a contact sheet and negatives of extracts from a book on historical buildings of Bloomington, Illinois, a modeling portfolio of Carrier, including two photographs with Andy Warhol, and one signed photograph of Jim Steele. The creative works include a screen play, The Master of the Discipline, by McAnelly and Michael Zen from 1984, two drawings by McAnelly from the September 1972 issue of Tiger Beat. The last two items are McAnelly's working script of Robert Patrick's Kennedy's Children and a clipping from the Illinois State University newspaper circa 1980.
