Historical Note
The Man who Captured Eichmann dramatizes the hunt for Adolf Eichmann and his capture by the Israeli Mossad agaent Peter Malkin in 1960. The made-for-TV movie, which was based on the book “Eichmann In My Hands” by Peter Z. Malkin and Harry Stein starred Robert Duvall (as Eichmann) and Arliss Howard (as Malkin). The movie, which originally aired on cable in 1996, was produced by the Stan Margulies Company and was nominated for two Emmys. Margulies received an executive producer's credit. Much of the movie was filmed on location in Buenos Aires.
