Scope and Content From the Collection: This collection consists of various publications issued by the Los Angeles County Commission on Human Relations, as well as other Los Angeles County agencies, eg, the now defunct Public Welfare Commission. The collection was probably created from materials held in the USC School of Social Work Library, which were then transferred to the California Social Welfare Archives.
