Biographical note

Colonel Gerald P. "Jerry" Carr is an engineer, retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, and former NASA astronaut. He was commander of Skylab 4 (third and final manned visit to the Skylab Orbital Workshop, November 1973-February 1974).
