Included are: "Proposal for a Consultant Study of Juvenile Delinquency Programs in the County of Los Angeles" (1964); "New Careers and Job Development" (1970); and "Report on the Study of Delinquency Prevention and Community Action Programs" and two addendums with background data (1973).
