The material described under this record had been separated from the rest of the USC Libraries Administration records at an unknown date prior to 2021. In 2023, Special Collections sent this material to the USC Digital Library (USCDL). The USCDL digitized selections of this material under a sub-collection of the USCDL's University of Southern California History Collection digital collection. The USCDL's sub-collection is titled "USC: University Libraries Collection." In 2024, USC's accessioning archivist re-accessioned this material as part of the USC Libraries Administration records.
