Scope and Content

Materials in the series assess the LAPD's involvement in immigration enforcement during the 1992 riots. Included are reports issued by governmental and human rights agencies; copies of relevant laws, emergency plans, and penal codes; a copy of Mike Davis' book City of Quartz; and copies of activity logs and reports produced by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).
