The first subseries of this series is a resource file maintained by the Rancho to keep track of staff publications. A numbering system was used for the early reprints, which is detailed in the Affeldt transmittal letter contained in that subseries (Box 23, file 31). The second subseries includes non-print staff productions. Provenance of the latter is often uncertain.
