The City of Los Angeles Human Relations Commission established subcommittees to oversee, develop and implement specific projects to address the varying needs and issues that arise in the community. Some of the topics the committees focused on were education, hate violence, criminal justice, immigration, housing, and civic engagement. The series consists of files related to those subject areas as well as projects that the Commission was involved in. The series is organized in alphabetical order by folder title.
